RESOLUTION NO. 834
DISTRICT H-78 HIGHWAY IILPROVEIENT H-78
BE IT - ~''SOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 02 THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described im-
provement is hereby ordered to be made ; the C4ty Council
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 of the City Charter.
A-78 TWENTI7TH STREET: To be paved and
where heretofore paved, repaved, to
a width of thirty-four feet with a
.bituminous wearing surface on a nock
base and Concrete curb and gutter,
from the Last line of Sheridan Avenue
to the west line of uollins Avenue ;
as said Twentieth Street and Sheridan
and Collins Avenues are shown on a
plat recorded in rlat book No . 5 , rage
7 , and as they are named and designated
in Ordinance too. 170, recorded in Deed
Book ! o. 297, rage 242, all of the Pub-
lic Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to
file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said im-
provement, and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an
estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the print-
ing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation
of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper. This
improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Highway improvement ti-78, and the property against
which assessments may be made for the cost thereof hereunder
shall be designated as District A-78.
