DISTRICT SK-18 SIDEWALK I1PROV: % NT SK-18
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP
MIAMI MACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described
improvement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Sec-
tion 29 of the City Charter.
SK-18 A seven and one-half foot Concrete
Sidewalk on the North side of Second
Street from Michigan Avenue to Alton
Road; as said Street, Avenue and Road
are shown on a plat recorded in Plat
Book No. 2, Page 81; and as said iichi-
Ban Avenue is named and designated in
Ordinance No. 170, recorded in Deed
Book No. 297, Page 242; all of the Pub-
lic Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and
to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of
said improvement, and an estimate of the cost thereof, in-
cluding an estimate of the cost of the expenses of prelimi-
nary and other surveys , the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimate, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds and any other expenses
necessary and proper. This improvement shall be designated
in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Sidewalk Im-
provement SK-18, and the property against -Mich assessments
may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be desig-
nated as District SK:418.
