RESOLUTION NO. 841
DISTRICT SIL-19 SIDEWALK II RROVEili;ITT SK-19
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THS CITY OF LTIAUI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following• described im-
provement is hereby ordered to be made ; theCityCouncil
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 of the City Charter.
SFS-19 An eight foot Concrete Sidewalk on the
East side of Lenox Avenue, from Alton
Road to a point two hundred and thirty
feet South of the South line of fourth
Street, as said Avenue, Road and Street
• are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat
Book No. 2, Page 81; and as said Lenox
Avenue is na:ed and designated in Ordi-
nance No. 170, redorded in Deed Book
No . 297 , Page 242; all of the Public Re-
cords of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineeris hereby directedto prepare and to
file with the City Ulerk plans and specifics---.tions of said
improvement, and an e:_otimate of the cost thereof, including
an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and
other surveys , the inspection and superintendence of the
work, the preparation of plans and specifications and esti-
mate, the printing and publication of notices and proceed-
ings, the preparation of bonds and any other expenses neces-
sary and proper. This improvement shall be designated in all
proceedings, assessments and bonds as Sidewalk Improvemii t
SX-19 , and the property against which assessments may be made
for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as District
SZ-19.
