RESOLUTION NO. 842
DISTRICT S1-20 SIDEWALK I,LPRO W-F.7T SK-20
BE IT RESOLVED BY TETE CITY COUNCIL OF TRZ CITY OF
MI!I BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the followin 7 described
improvement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 of the City Charter.
SH-20 An eieht foot Joncrete Sidewalk on both
sides of Washington Avenue from a line
three hundred and eihty feet North of
the North line of Fourteenth Street to
Lincoln Road, and also on the West side
thereof from first Street to the said
line three hundred and eighty feet North
of the North line of fourteenth Street,
as said Avenue, Street and iioad are shown
on Plats recorded in Plat Book No. 2,
Pa-es 38, 56 , 77 and 81, in Plat Book No.
3, Pa-:e 11, in Plat Book No . 4, Page 83,
in Plat Book No. 6 , Pages 17, 34 and 172,
in Plat Book No. 7, Pages 48 and 145 , and in
Plat Book No . 9, Page 147 ; and as said Wash-
ington Avenue isnamed and designated in
Ordinance No. 170, recorded in Deed Book
No . 297, Page 242, all of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and
to file with the City Clerk -Mans and specifications of said
improvement, and an estimate of the cost thereof, including
an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and
other surveys, the inspection and sierintendence of the work,
the preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the pre-
paration of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, as-
sessments and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-20, and the
property against which assessments may be made for the cost
thereof hereunder shall be designated as District SK-20.
