DISTRICT SK-22 SIDEWALK IrIPROVELtNT SK-22
BE IT RESOLVED SOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF I:II=
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improve-
ment is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby sett-
ing forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City
Charter.
SK-22 An eight foot Concrete Sidewalk on the
West Side of Pennsylvania from Seventh
Street to dashington Avenue ; as said
Avenues and Street are shown on a plat
recorded in Plat Book No. 2, Page 81;
and as said Pennsylvania and Washington
Avenues are named and designated in Or-
dinance No. 170, recorded in Deed Book
No. 297, Page 242; all of the lublic
liecords of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement,
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys , the inspec-
tion .9.nd superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimate, the printing and publication of no-
tices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds and any other ex-
penses necessary and proper. This improvement shall be designated
in all prac eedings , assessments and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement
SK-22, and the property against which assessments may be made for
the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as District SK-22.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of February, A. D. , 1925 .
