RESOLUTION NO. 845

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OP TR CITY OP
MIA= BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described im-
provement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 of the City Charter.
SK-23 A seven and one-half foot Concrete
Sidewalk on the North side of Seventh
Street from rernsvlvania Avenue to
Washington Avenue ; as said Street and
Avenues are shown on a plat recorded
in Plat Book No. 2, rage 81; and as
said Pennsylvania and Washiaa t on Ave-
nues are named and designated in Or-
dinance No. 170, recorded in Deed. Boon:
No. 297, Page 242; all of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and
to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of
said improvement, and an estimate of the cost thereof, in -
cludin:Y an estimate of the cost of the expenses of prelimi-
nary .and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and
estimate, the printing and publication of notices and pro-
ceedings, the prepay tion of bonds and any other expenses
necessary and proper. This improvement shall be designated
in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Sidewalk Im-
provement SK-23, and the property against which assessments
may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be desig-
nated as District SK-23I
