BE IT RESOLVED BY TM CITY COUNCIL OF THA CITY OF
MILUI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described im-
provement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 of the City Charter.
SK-24 An eight foot Concrete Sidewalk on the
West side of Drexel Avenue from Eleventh
Street to Washington Avenue ; as said
Avenues and Street are sham. on a Plat
recorded in .slat book id.o. 2, Page 81;
and as said Drexel and Washington Ave-
nues are named and designated in Ordi-
nancedo. 170, recorded in Deed Book No.
297, rage 242; all of the rublic Records
of Dade County, Wlorida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and
to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of
said improvement , and an estimate of the cost thereof, in-
cluding an estimate of the cost of the expenses of prelimi-
nary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimate, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds and any other expenses
necessary and proper. This improvement shall be designated
in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Sidewalk im-
provement SK-24, and the property against ,*which assessments
may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be desig-
nated as District SK-24.
