BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THT1 CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described im-
provement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 of the City Charter .
SK-26 A seven foot Concrete Sidewalk on both
sides of Washington Avenue from Biscayne
Avenue to First Street, as said Avenues
and Street are shown on Plats recorded
in Plat Book No. 2, Pages 38 and 81, and
as said Washington Avenue is named and
designated in Ordinance No. 170, recorded
in Deed Book No. 297, Page 242, all of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.

The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to
file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said
improvement, and an estimate of the cost thereof, including
an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and
other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work,
the preparation of pins and specifications and estimate, the
printing and publicatiin of notices and proceedings, the pre-
paration of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, as-
sessments and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-26, and the
property against which assessments may be made for the cost
thereof hereunder shall be designated as District SK-26.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of February, A. D. , 1925.
