RESOLUTION NO . 849
DISTRICT SK-27 SIDEWALK L PROV` NT SK-27
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TNh; CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described im-
provement is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 of the City Charter.
SK-27 A five foot Concrete Sidewalk on the East
side of Drexel Avenue from Fourteenth
Street to the South line of the First Ad-
dition to Whitman' s Subdivision of Espanola
Villas, as said Avenue, Street and Subdivi-
sion are shown on plats recorded in Plat
Book No. 6, Page 172, and in Plat Book No.
9, Page 47, and as said Avenue is named
and designated in Ordinance leo. 170, record-
ed in Deed Book No. 297 , Page 242, all of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and
to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of
said improvement , and an estimate of the cost thereof, in-
cludingan estimate of the cost of the expenses of prelimi-
nary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimate, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds and any other expenses
necessary and proper. This improvement shall be designated
in all proceedings , assessments and bonds as Sidewalk Im-
provement SK-27, and the property against which assessments
may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designat-
ed as District SK-27.
