DISTRICT SK-30 SIDEWALK LAPROVEMENT SK-30
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described im-
provement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 of the City Charter.
SK-30 A nine and one-half foot Concrete Side-
walk on both sides of Ocean Drive from
.First Street to Sixth Street ; as said
Drive and Streets are shown on Plats re-
corded in Plat Book No. 2, Page 38, and
in Plat book No. 3, Page 151, and in Plat
Book -ao. 4, Page 83, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and
to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of
said improvement, and an estimate of the cost thereof, in-
eluding an estimate of the cost of the expenses of pre-
liminary and other surveys, the inspection and superinten-
dence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions and estimate, the printing and publication of notices
and proceedings , the preparation of bonds and any other ex-
penses necessary and proper. This improvement shall be de-
signated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Side-
walk Improvement Sri-30, and the property against which as-
sessments may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall
be designated as District SK-30.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18thday of February, A. D. ,
1925.
