RESOLUTION NO. 857
DISTRICT SK-35 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-35
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
:
That the construction of the following described
improvement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 of the City Charter.
SK-35 A five foot Concrete sidewalk on the
East side of Collins Avenue from Twenty-
fourth Street to Thirtieth Street ; and
also on the 'West Side thereof from Twenty-
ninth Street to Thirtieth Street, as said
Avenue and streets are shown on Plats re-
corded in Plat Book No . 5 , Pages 7 and 8,
and as said Twenty-fourth, Twenty-ninth
and Thirtieth Streets are named and desig-
nated in Ordinance No. 170, recorded in
Deed Book No. 297, rage 242, all of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
I'he City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and
to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of
said improvement, and an estimate of the cost thereof, in-
cluding an estimate of the cost of the expenses of prelimi-
nary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimate, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings , the preparation of bonds and any other expenses
necessary and proper. This improvement shall be designated
in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Sidewalk Im-
provement SK-35, and the property against which assessments
may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall he desig-
nated as District SK-35.
