AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
COMMONLY KNOVVN AS THE "ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIdMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 289 of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida , reading as follows :
"GARAGE, STORAGE: Any premises , except those
described as a private garage , used for the
storage only of automotive vehicles , or where
any such vehicles are kept for remuneration,
hire , or sale . "
be amended so as to read as follows :
"GARAGE, STORAGE: Any building, except those
described as a private garage, used for the
storage only of automotive vehicles , or where
any such vehicles are kept for remuneration,
hire or sale. "
SECTION 2 : That Section 9 of Ordinance No . 289 of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, be amended by eliminating
and deleting therefrom, the following:
"3.. Automobile storage , sale or "Cars for
Hire" Lots. "
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage ana posting as required by law.
