DISTRICT SX-37 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-37
BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF 'THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described im-
provement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 of the City Charter.
SK-37 A five foot Concrete Sidewalk on both
sides of Twenty-ninth Street from Col-
lins Avenue to Indian Creek Drive, as
said Street, Avenue and Drive are shown
on a Plat recorded in Plat Book No. 5,
Page 7, and as said Twenty-ninth Street
is named and designated in Ordinance No.
170, recorded in Deed Book No. 297 , Page
242, all of the rublic Records of Dade
County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and
to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of
said improvement , and an estimate of the cost thereof, in-
cluding an estimate of the cost of the expenses of prelimi-
nary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimate, the printing and publication of notices and
proceeditzgs, the preparation of bonds and any other expenses
necessary and proper. This improvement shall be designated
in all proceedings , assessments and bonds as Sidewalk Im-
pz'ovement SK-37, and the property against which assessments
may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be desig-
nated as District Si-37.
