WHEREAS, on the 18th day of February, 1925 , the City Council
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement designat-
ed as sewer Improvement SR-62, .District SR-62, and directed the
City Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifications of such
improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an es-

have been filed by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
T -{' 'EOR, 13E IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami Beach,
.Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted at the door
of the City hall in the City of Miami Beach, Hardie ' s Casino and
the U. S. Post Office in the City of -Miami Beach, a notice stat-
ing that at a meeting of the City Council of Miami Beach to be
held at the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, on the 4th day
of March, 1925, at 9: 00 o ' clock A. M. , the City Council wi 11 hear
the remonstrances of all persons interested to the confirmation
of said resolution ordering said improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February, A. D. , 1925.
