RESOLUTIOTN NO, 871
District SR-59 Sewer Improvement SR-59
WIEREAS, on the 18th day of February, 1925, the City Council
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement designated
as Sewer Improvement SR-59, District SR-59, and directed the City
Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifications of such im-
provement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate
of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and specifications
and estimate of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have bean
filed by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami Beach,
Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted at the door
of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, Hardie' s Casino and the
U. S. Post Office in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that
at a meeting of the City Council of Miami Beach to be held at the
City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, on the 26th day of February,
1925, at 9:00 o ' clock A. M. , the City Council will hear the remon-
strances of all verso ns interested to the confirmation of said reso-
lution ordering said improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February, A. D. , 1925.
