Ordinance 925 4 ORDINANCE NO. 925 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 678 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF SALARIES TO BE PAID TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE TRATIVE OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AND FIXING THE RATES THEREOF. " BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COITT`CIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 678 of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, reading as follows: "0. DIRECTOR OF PERSONNEL Salary per month 370,00" be and the same is hereby amended to' read as follows: "O . DIRECTOR OF PERSONNEL Salary per month 370.00 (Provided, however, that where a member of the classified service is appointed to the office of Personnel Director and per- forms the functions and duties thereof on a part time basis in addition to the -per- formance of the duties of his position in the classified service, he shall receive, in addition to his salary in the classi- fied servicer a salary per month as Per- sonnel Direcuor of X100.00) " SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and posting as required by law.
