AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
COPVIIONLY KNOWN AS THE "ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA" .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 289
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, reading as
follows:
"CLUB, NIGHT: The term "Night Club" shall pertain
to and include restaurants, dining rooms or other
similar establishments where floor show or other
form of lawful entertainment is provided for guests
after 11:00 o'clock P.M. " '
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"CLUB, NIGHT: The term "Night Club" shall pertain
to and include restaurants, dining rooms and other
similar establishments where floor shows or other
forms of lawful entertainment are permitted or
provided for guests at any time between the hours
of 1:00 o' clock A.M. and 7:00 o 'clock L .M.xin addi-
tion to the hours during which such entertainment
is otherwise permitted by ordinance."
SECTION 2 : That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby
repealed.
SECTION S: That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.

934, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE
'ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA",
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three
conspicuous places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which
was at the door of the City Hall in said City on the 18th day
of May, A. D. 1950, and that said Ordinance remained posted
for a period of at least thirty days in accordance with the
requirements of the City Charter of the said City of Miami
Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, on this
the 20th day of June, A. D. 1950.
