AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289 OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, COiif4ONLY KNOWN AS
THE "ZONING ORDINANCE OF TIE CITY OF 1• IAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA" .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEAD,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 289 of ,he City of Miami Beach,
Florida, and the maps attached thereto and made a part
thereof, be and the same is hereby amended so as to
exclude from the "RD" Single Family District and to include in the
"RE" Multiple Family District, as said districts are respectively
set forth and defined in said ordinance, the following described
land situate, lying and being iii Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida,
to-wit:
Lot 1 of Block 16B of the Ne-subdivision of
Lots 16 to 21, inclusive, of Block 15 of the
Amended Sunset Lake Subdivision, according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 9,
at page 145, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
SCTION 2: That this ordinance shall r;o into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.

No. 966, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE
' ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY op MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA ", having
been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 7th day of February, A . D.
1951, and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of
at least thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the
City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
