AN ORDINANCE AMEIDING ORDINANCE ISO. 289
COMMONLY KNOWN AS "THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA" .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That ordinance No. 239 of the Cit,r of Miami Beach,
Florida, and the maps attached thereto and made a
part thereof, be and they are hereby amended so as
to exclude from "RD" Single Family District and to include in
the "RE" Multiple-Family District, as said Districts are set forth
and defined in said ordinance, those certain parcels of land situate
in Miami Beach, Florida, described, as follows , to-wit:
Lots One (1) to Seven (7) , inclusive, of
Block Eighty -one (31) and Lots One (1)
to Seven (7) , inclusive, of Block Eighty-two
(82) , of THIRD COMMERCIAL 1L SUBDIVISION, ac-
cording to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 7, at page 160, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately upon
its passage and posting as required by law.

"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE
"ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA", having been
passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous places in
the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of the City
Hall in said City on the 6th day of July, A. D. 1951, and that said
Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty days in
accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of the said
City of Miami Beach.
