RESOLUTION NO. 882
District H-64 Highway Improvement H-64
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of February, 1925 , the City
Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement
designated as fighway improvement ti-64, bistrict H-64, and di-
rected the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifica-
tions of such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, in-
cluding an estimate of the incidental expenses, and the said plans
and specifications and estimate of cost and estimate of incidental
expenses have been filed by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREPORE, b IT RESOLVED bythe Council of Miami beach,

Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted at the door
of the City Hall in the City of Miami beach, Hardie' s Casino and
the U. S. cost Office in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stati.lg
that at a meeting of the City Council of Miami beach to be held at
the City Hall in the City of Miami beach, on the 4th day of March,
1925, at 9:00 o' clock A. M. , the City Council will hear the remon-
strances of all persons interested to the confirmation of said
resolution ordering said improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February, A. D. , 1925.
