ORDINANCE NO. 990

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289 OF THE;
CIT/ OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, C OMhONLY KNOWN
AS THE "ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA" .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 289 of the City of Miami reach,
Florida, and the maps attached thereto and made a
part thereof, be and the same is hereby amended so
as to exclude from the "RE" Multiple-Family District and to in-
clude in the ''RD" Single-Family District , as said districts
are respectively set forth anddefined in said ordinance, the
following described land situate, lying and -being in Miami
Beach, Dade County, Florida, to-wit :
Lot 1 of Block 16B of the Re-subdivision of
Lots 16 to 21, inclusive, of Block 15 of the
AMENDED SUNSET LAKE SUBDIVISION, according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 9,
at Page 145, of the public Records of Dade
County, laorida.
SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 11th day of October

I, C. W. TOMLINSON, City Clerk in and for the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, do hereby certify that
Ordinance No. 990, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 289 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE 'ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA' " , having been passed and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
has been posted by me in three conspicuous places in the
City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of the
City Hall in said City on the 11th day of October, A. D.
1951, and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period
of at least thirty days in accordance with the requirements
of the City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, on this the 15th day of November, A. D. 1951.
