RESOLUTION NO. 894
District H-76 Highway improvement H-76
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of .February, 1925, the City
Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement
designated as Highway improvement H-76, District H-76, and direc-
ted the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifica-
tions of such improvement and an estimate of the cast thereof,
including an estimate of the incidental expenses , and the said
plans and specifications and estimate of cost and estimate of
incidental expenses have been filed by the City Engineer with
the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of iliami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of the City hail in the City of Miami Beach, Har-
die' s Casino and the U. S. Post Office in the City of Miami
Beach, a notice stating that at a meeting of the City Council
of Miami beach to be held at the City Hall in the City of Miami
Beach, on the 4th day of larch, 1925 , at 9:00 o' clock A. M. ,
the city Council Ai ll hear the remonstrances of all persons in-
terested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said
improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of :February, A. D. , 1925.
