RESOLUTION NO. 900
District SK-16 Sidewalk Improvement SK-16
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of .February, 1925, the City Council
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement designat-
ed as Sidewalk Improvement Si-16, District SK-16, and directed the
City Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifications of sach
improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an es-
timate of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and specifi-
cations and estimate of cost and estimate of incidental expenses
have been filed by the City engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami Beach,
Florida, that the City Clerl: shall cause to be posted at the door •
of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, Hardie ' s Casino and
the U. S. Post Office in the City of Miami Beach, a notie'e stating
that at a meeting of the City Council of Miami Beach to be held at
the City Hall in the City of Miami Beech, on the 4th day of March,
1925, at 9 :00 o' clock A. M. , the City Council will hear the remon-
strances of all persons interested to the confirmation of said
resolution ordering said improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February, A. D. , 1925.
