OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, COIBIONLY
KNOWN AS THE "ZONING ORDINANCE OF TIS;:; CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL (F THE CITY OF %IIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 289 of the City of Tliami Beach,
Florida, aid the maps attached thereto and made a
part thereof, be and they are hereby amended so as
to place a1 d include in "BA" Business District and in Area Dis-
trict No. 19_, as said districts are referred to and set forth
in said ordinance, that certain parcel of land situate in the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
That part of the North Half of Lot 4 and of
Lots 5 and 6 lying east of the southerly
extension of the west line of Lot 8, all in
Block 54 of FISHER' S FIRST SUBDIVISION of
Alton Beach, according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 2, at page 77, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
SECTION 2: That this ordinaa ce shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of December, A.D.
1951.

"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE 'ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA" , having been passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Miami Bach,Florida, has been posted
by me in three conspicuous places in the City of Miami Beach, one
of which was at the door of the City Hall in said City on the
lgth day of December, A.D. 1951, and that said Ordinance remained
posted for a period of at least thirty days in accordance with the
requirements of the City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the
official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, on this the
31st day of January, A.D. 1952.
