AN ORDINANCE FIXI" G THE SALARY OF
EACH MEMBER OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF :SIA I BEACH, FLORIDA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF iIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:.
SECTION 1: That the salary of each member of the City Council of
the City of _.;iami Beach, Florida, is hereby fixed at
Five Thousand ( 5,000.00) Dollars per year, payable
monthly.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the siame are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall become effective when and
after the same shall have been approved by a majority
vote of the qualified registered voters of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, voting at an election to be held
for that purpose.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of February , A. D.
1952.

City of Miami Beach, Florida, do hereby certify that Ordinance
No. 1009, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARY OF EACH
MEMBER OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA", having been passed and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me
in three conspicuous places in the City of Miami Beach, one
of which was at the door of the City Hall in said City on
the 7th day of February, A.D. 1952, and that said Ordinance
remained posted for a period of at least thirty days in
accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of the
said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
on this the lgth day of March, A.D. 1952.
