RESOLUTION NO. 918
District SL-34 Sidewalk Improvement SE-34
EEREAS, on the 18th day of February, 1925, the City Council
passed and adopted a resolution orderingthe improvement designat-
ed as Sidewalk Improvement SX-34, District SI-34, and directed
the city Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifications of
such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including
an estimate of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and
specifications and estimate of cost and estimate of incidental
expenses have been filed by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
'l'IREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami Beach, Oxy-
Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted at the door
of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, Hardie' s Casino and
the U. j. cost Office in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stat-
ing that at a meeting of the City Council of Miami Beach to be
held at the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, on the 4th day
of l larch, 1925 , at 9:00 o ' clock A. �I. , the city Council will hear
the remonstrances of all persons interested to the confirmation "-
of said resolution ordering said improvement.
