This Letter to the Mayor and City Commission is to remind everyone that there is a Police
Department Swearing in Ceremony for five (5) new police officers on Thursday, September 14,
2017 at 1:00 p.m., in the Police Department's first floor Major James Smith Community Room.
In addition, the Police Department would also like to extend an invitation to the next Swearing in
Ceremony for nine (9) new police officers, which will be held on Wednesday, November 15th at
1:00 p.m. in the first floor Major James Smith Community Room.
Please join us in congratulating and welcoming these new Miami Beach Police Officers.
