AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 678, ENTITTRD: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE
OF SALARIES TO BE PAID TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE
OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AN)FIXING THE RATES THEREOF."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 678 of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, reading as follows:
"E. FIRE CHIEF Salary per month 527.00"
be and the
same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"E. FIRE CHIEF Salary per month 600.00"
SECTION 2: That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 678 of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, reading as follows:
"N. CITY ATTORNEY Salary per month
Together with a monthly allowance
to City Attorney for secretarial
assistance in the sum of
and
together with a monthly allowance
to City Attorney for two assis-
tants in the sum of
1,000.00

1,200.00"
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"N. CITY ATTORNEY Salary per month 1,000.00
Together with a monthly allowance
to City Attorney for secretarial
assistance in the sum of 350.00
and
together with a monthly allowance

SECTION 4:
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.

No. 1045, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1
OF ORDINANCE NO. 678, ENTITLED: IAN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI RFACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF
SALARIES TO BE PAID TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AND FIXING THE RATES
THEREOF", having been passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been
posted by me in three conspicuous places in the City of
Miami Beach, one of whichwas at the door of the City
Hall in said City on the 15th day of April, A. D. 1953,
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period
of at least thirty days in accordance with the require-
ments of the City Charter of the said City of Miami
Beach.
