AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 35 .41 OF
"THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, 1950" .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 : That Section 35 .41 of "The Code of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, 1950" be and the
same is hereby amended by adding thereto, at the end
thereof, the following:
"It shall be unlawful for any vehicle operating
under State Railroad Commission supervision from
the City of Miami Beach to, any airport in Dade
County, Florida, to pick up passengers within
the City of Miami Beach, unless the name of the
certificate or permit holder, as well as the
number of such certificate or permit, in readily
visible and readable form, shall be shown on each
side of each vehicle, with lettering at least
three (3 ) inches high of a 3/8-inch stroke, of
a contrasting color to the color of the vehicle;
except that the master permit number of taxicab
operations need not be shown on the sides of
taxicabs . "
SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall go into effect imme-
diately upon its passage and posting as required
by law.

entitled: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 35.41 OF 'THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, 19501", having been passed and
adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
has been posted by me in three conspicuous places in the City
of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of the City Hall
in said City on the 12th day of August, A. D. 1953, and that
said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty
days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of
the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
