Ordinance 1034ORDINANCE NO. 1034 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 402 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, EN- TITLED: "AN ORDINANCE dEGULATING AND RE- STRICTING THE LOCATIONS WHEREIN THE BUSINESS OF THE SALE OF LIQUOR, AS HEREIN DEFINED, MAY BE CONDUCTED; PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION HEREOF AND PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT HEREOF." BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF i'iIAIM'iI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 402 of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, and the map attached thereto and made a part thereof, be and the same is hereby amended so as to include in "C" District, as said District is set forth and defined in said Ordinance, those certain parcels of land situate, lying and being in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, described as follows, to -wit: Lots 1, 2 and 3, constituting all of Block 1, and Lots 1, 2 and 3, constituting all of Block 10, together with that portion of Airoso Jay, also known as Atlantic .ay, bounded on the east by the west side of Block 1; on the west by the east side of Block 10, and bounded on the north side by the south side of Nasturtium Street, now known as 87th Terrace, and bounded on the south by the north side of Marigold Street, now known as 87th Street, all being in Altos Del Mar ;2 accordingto the plat there- of, recorded in Plat Book 4, page 162, on June 16, 1919, in the Public Records of Dae County, Florida. SECTION 2: That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in con- flict herewith be, and the same are, hereby repealed. SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall go into effect immediately upon its passage and posting as required by law. 1952. TOMLINSON, City Clerk in and for the City of Miami Beach, Florida, do hereby certify that Ordinance No. 1034, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 402 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ENTITLED: 'AN ORDINANCE REGULATING AND RESTRICTING THE LOCATIONS WHEREIN THE BUSINESS OF THE SALE OF LIQUOR, AS HEREIN DEFINED, MAY BE CONDUCTED; PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION HEREOF, AND PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT HEREOF'", having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of the City Hall in said City on the 17th day of December, A. D. 1952, and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
