RESOLUTION
N0. 921
District Sig-37 Sidewalk Improvement S11.-37
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of r'ebruary, 1925 , the City
Council passedand adopted a resolution ordering the improve-
ment designated. as Sidewalk Improvement SN-37, District S -37,
and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof, including an estimate of the incidental expenses, and
the said plans and specifications and estimate of cost and es-
timate of incidental expenses have been filed by the City En-
gineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, .Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, Har-
die ' s Casino and the U. S. Post Office in the City of Miami
Beach, a notice stating that at a meeting of the City Council
of Miami Beach to be held at the City Hall in the City of Miami
Beach, on the 4th day of March, 1925, at 9: 00 o' clock A. M. , the
City Council will hear the remonstrances of all persons interest-
ed to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improve-
ment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of 2ebruary, A. D. , 1925.
