RESOLUTION NO. 927
DISTRICT SR-64 SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-64
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THF, CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improve-
ment is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter:
SR-64 An eight inch Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer
and necessary manholes and appurtenances:
In Bay Road from the center line of Sixteenth
Street to a point ninety feet south of the
center line of Lincoln Road, as said Avenue,
Street and Road are shown on Plats recorded in
Plat Book No. 4, Page 125 and in Plat Book No.
6, Page 116, all of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspec-
tion and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimate, the printing and publication of notices
and proceedings , the preparation of bonds and any other expenses
necessary and proper. This improvement shall be designated in all
proceedings, assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-64, and the property against which assessments may be made for
the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as District SR-64.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of March, A. D. , 1925.
