RESOLUTION NO. 961
District SK-15 Sidewalk Improvement SK-15
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and adopted

on the 18th day of February, 1925, ordered the Sidewalk Improve-
mernt SK-15, District SK-15, and the City Engineer, under direction
of the City Council, has prepared and filed with the City Clerk
•
plans and specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the incidental
expenses of said improvement,' and whereas due notice by publication
as required by the City Charter has been made that the City Council
would on the 4th day of March, 1925, at the City hall in said City
at 9 :00 o' clock A. M. , receive and hear remonstrances of all in-
terested persons to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement, and no remonstrances having been presented at
the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, Be IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, r'lorida, that the said resolution of said City
Council ordering said Sidewalk Improvement SK-15, District SK-15 ,
be and the same is hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of March, A. D. , 1925.
