AN ORDINANCE Aid LADING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 678, F'NTITLFD:
"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH
FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF
SALARIES TO BE PAID TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE
OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AND FIXING THE RATES THEREOF. "
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NIA I BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance
No. 678 of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
reading as follows:
"0. Director of personnel Salary per month L.50.O0"
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows :
"0. Director of personnel Salary per month x500.00"

be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:

herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 14: That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and costing as required by law.

City of Miami Beach, Florida, do hereby certify that
Ordinance No. 1105, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 678, ENTITLED: IAN ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A
SCHEDULE OF SALARIES TO BE PAID TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE
OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AND
FIXING THE RATES THEREOF", having been passed and
adopted by the City Council 'of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at
the door of the City Hall in said City on the 8th day
of April, A. D. 1954, and that said Ordinance remained
posted for a period of at least thirty days in accordance
with the requirements -of the City Charter of the said
City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, on this the 19th day of May, A. D. 1954.
