AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 789 OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, EUTITLED "AN ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING OFFICIAL
CLASSIFICATIONS OF POSITIONS IN THE CLASSIFIED SERVICE
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AND PROVIDING COMPEN-
SATION THEREFOR, PURSUANT TO :HE PROVISIONS OF THE CIVIL
SERVICE ACT: AND PROVIDING FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THIS
ORDINANCE AND REPEALING ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:

FLORIDA, AND PROVIDING COMPENSATION THEREFOR, PURSUANT TO THE

me in three conspicuous places in the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
one of which was at the door of the City Hall in said City on the
19th day of May, A. D. 1954, and that said Ordinance remained posted
for a period of at least thirty days in accordance with the require-
ments of the City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
