AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289 OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, COMMONLY KNOWN AS
THE "ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 289 of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, and the maps attached thereto and made a
part thereof, be and they are hereby amended so as to include
in the "RE" Multiple Family District those certain parcels of
land situate in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, described as
follows, to wit: -
Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10), Block Thirty-six
(36) of GOLF COURSE SUBDIVISION, according to
the Amended Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6,
page 26, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida;
and also
Lots Eleven (11) to Fifteen (15), both inclusive,
of Block Thirty-seven (37), and Lots Ten (10) to
Seventeen (17), both inclusive, of Block Thirty-
eight (38), all in PALM VIEW SUBDIVISION, according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6, page
29, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
and also
Lots "A" and "B" of a Re -Subdivision of Lots Eight
r1) and Nine (9), and the North 80 feet of Lot Ten
0), Block Forty-two (42), of BELLEVIEW SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book
30, page 76, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, and Lots Four (4), Five (5), Six (6) and
Seven (7), of Block Forty-two (42) of BELLEVIEW SUB-
DIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 6, page 114, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.

I, C. W. TOMLINSON, City Clerk in and for the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, do hereby certify that Ordinance
No. 1017, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE
'ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA'", having
been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 16th day of April, A. D.
1952, and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of
at least thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the
City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
on this the 21st day of May, A. D. 1952.
