Ordinance 1012ORDINANCE NO. 1012 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PART XI OF SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 592 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, COM1ONLY KNOWN AS "THE MIAMI BEACH BHILDING CODE". BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI B:E1ACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That Section 11.06.01 of Ordinance No. 592 of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto at the end thereof an additional sub -section to read as follows: - "11.06.01.23 No high voltage gas tubes for signs or outline lighting or for other purpose shall be erected closer than seven feet and six inches (71 - 6") above any floor or ground surface which is accessible to the public." SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
