Ordinance 1149 ORDINANCE NO. 1149
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE DESIGNATIONS OF
BOUNDARIES OF THE LIQUOR ZONING MAP.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the Liquor Zoning Map designated and referred
to in Section 15.30 of "The Code of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, 1950" be and the same is hereby amended
so as to exclude from "G" District and include in "D District,
as said districts are set forth and defined in Sections 15.37
and 15.34, respectively, of said Code, the following described
lands situate, lying and being in Miami Beach, Dade County,
Florida, to-wit :
Lot A, and Lots 1 through 6, ALL IN AMENDED PLAT
OF INDIAN BEACH CORPORATION'S SUBDIVISION, according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 1,
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required b law.

I, C . W. TOMLINSON, City Clerk in and for the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, do hereby certify that Ordinance
No. 1149, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE DESIGNATIONS
OF BOUNDARIES CF THE LIQUOR ZONING MAP", having been passed and
adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
has been posted by me in three conspicuous places in the City of
Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of the City Hall in
said City on the 5th day of January, 1955, and that said Ordinance
remained posted for a period of at, least thirty days in accordance
with the requirements of the City Charter of the said City of
Miami Beach.
