Ordinance 1155 ORDINANCE NO. 1155
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE II OF CHAPTER
15 OF "THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, 1950"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Article II of Chapter 15 of "The Code of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, 1950" and the map
on file in the Office of the City Clerk and which is a part
of said Article II, Chapter 15, be and the same is hereby
amended so as to include in District "D" as said District is
set forth and described in said Article II, Chapter 15, those
certain parcels of land, situate in Miami Beach, Dade County,
Florida, described as follows, to-wit :
That portion of Block 5 of 41ST STREET BUSINESS
SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 92 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, bounded as
follows, to-wit:
Bounded on the northeasterly side by the westerly
line of North Meridian Avenue; bounded on the
northwesterly side by the northerly line of said
Block 5; bounded on the southwesterly side by the
westerly line of said Block 5; bounded on the
southeasterly side by a line sixty-four (64) feet
southeasterly of and parallel to the northerly
line of said Block; said sixty-four (64) feet being
measured at right angles to said northerly line of
Block 5.
SECTION 2 : That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of February , A. D.

I, C. W. Tomlinson, City Clerk in and for the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, do hereby certify that Ordinance No.
1155, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLF, II OF CHAPTER 15
OF 'THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, 1950' ", having
been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous places
in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 16th day of February, 1955,
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City
Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
on this the 6th day of April, A. D. 1955.
