Ordinance 1197 ORDINANCE NO. 1197 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 789, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING OFFICIAL CLASSI- FICATIONS OF POSITIONS IN THE CLASSI- FIED SERVICE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AND PROVIDING COMPENSATION THEREFOR, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE CIVIL SERVICE ACT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THIS ORDINANCE AND REPEALING ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH."
