Ordinance 1204 ORDINANCE NO. 1204
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS "THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA" .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA.
SECTION 1 : That Ordinance No. 289 and the maps attached
thereto and made a part thereof, be and the
same are hereby amended so as to exclude from the "Two Story
Cabana District" and from Area District No. 43, as said Districts
are set forth and defined in said Ordinance, and to include in
the "RE Multiple Family District", and in Area District No. 57,
as the said Districts are set forth and defined in said Ordinance,
the following described land situate in Miami Beach, Dade County,
Florida, bounded as follows, to wit :
Commence at a point on the northerly line of
Lot 5 of INDIAN BEACH CORPORATION'S SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 8, at page 61, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida, which point is the point
of intersection of the harbor line created by
Ordinance No. 1195 with the harbor line created
by Ordinance No . 1137; thence run southerly
along the harbor line created by Ordinance No .
1195 to its point of intersection with the
southerly line of the North Half of Lot 3 of
said subdivision; thence easterly along said
southerly line of the North Half of said Lot 3
a distance of twenty (20) feet, more or less,
to the point of intersection with the harbor
line created by Ordinance No . 1137; thence
northerly along said harbor line to the point
of beginning.
SECTION 2 : That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law .

having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of
the City Hall in said City on the *8 day of March , 1956
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
