AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 789, ENTITLED:
"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
ESTABLISHING OFFICIAL CLASSIFICATIONS OF POSITIONS
IN THE CLASSIFIED SERVICE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, AND PROVIDING COMPENSATION THEREFOR, PUR-
SUANT TO TIE PROVISIONS OF THE CIVIL SERVICE ACT;
AND PROVIDING FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THIS ORDI-
NANCE AND REPEALING ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. "
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 : That that portion of Section 17 of Ordinance No . 789
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, reading as follows :

having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of
the City Hall in said City on the *8 day of March , 1956
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
