Ordinance 1206 ORDINANCE NO. 1206 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 789, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING OFFICIAL CLASSIFICATIONS OF POSITIONS IN THE CLASSIFIED SERVICE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AND PROVIDING COMPENSATION THEREFORE, PUR- SUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE CIVIL SERVICE ACT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THIS ORDI- NANCE AND REPEALING ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH." BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1 : That that portion of, Section )4 of Ordinance No . 789 of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, reading as follows : "4 .
