Ordinance 1215 ORDINANCE NO. 1215
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS "THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA" .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 : That Ordinance No. 289 and the maps attached
thereto and made a part thereof, be and the same
are hereby amended so as to exclude from the "BAAA" Business
District and from Area District No . 19, as said Districts are
set forth and defined in said Ordinance, and to include in the
"RE" Multiple-Family District and in Area District No. 14, as
the said Districts are set forth and defined in said Ordinance,
the following described land situate in Miami Beach, Dade County,
Florida, to wit:
Lots 2 and 3 of Block 24, ALTOS DEL MAR NO. 1,
Plat Book 31, Page 40, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida .
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall go into effect
immediately upon its passage and posting as
required by law .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2ndday of May , 1956.

OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA".
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of
the City Hall in said City on the 2nd day of May 1956
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
