AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PORTIONS OF SECTION 1 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 789 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING OFFICIAL
CLASSIFICATIONS OF POSITIONS IN THE CLASSIFIED
SERVICE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AND PROVIDING COMPENSATION THEREFOR, PURSUANT
TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE CIVIL SERVICE ACT; AND
PROVIDING FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THIS ORDIN-
