Ordinance 1229 ORDINANCE NO. 1229
AN ORDINANCE NAMING AND DESIGNATING
A CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND AS "MERIDIAN
COURT" .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 : That that certain parcel of land, forty (40)
feet in width, lying easterly of, and adjacent
to, the easterly line of that certain parcel of land shown
and designated as the "Bridle Path" in the Amended Plat
of GOLF COURSE SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 6,
page 26 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
bounded on the south by the southerly line of Lot 3, Block 35 ,
as shown by said Plat extended easterly forty (40) feet
and bounded on the north by the northerly line of Lot 8,
Block 35, as shown by said Plat extended easterly forty (40)
feet, be and the same shall be hereafter known, designated
and referred to as "Meridian Court" .
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by
law .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of October,

No. 1229 , entitled:
AN ORDINANCE NAMING AND DESIGNATING A
CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND AS "MERIDIAN COURT".
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of
the City Hall in said City on the 4th day of October, 3.956,
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
on this the 74-h day of November, A.D. 1956 .
