Ordinance 1232 ORRDINANCE NO. 1232
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE DESIGNATION
OF BOUNDARIES OF THE LIQUOR ZONING MAP.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Liquor Zoning Map designated and referred
to in Section 15.30 of "The Code of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, 1950" be and the same is herebamended
so as to exclude from "G" District and include in "F" District,
as said districts are set forth and defined in Sections 15.37
and 15.34, respectively, of said Code, the following described
lands situate, lying and being in Miami Beach, Dade County,
Florida, to wit:
The easterly one hundred fifty-four (154) feet of
Lot Three (3) and the easterly one hundred fifty-four
(154) feet of the South 37.5 feet of Lot Four (4) ,
together with that portion of that certain strip of
land named and designated as "Bridle Path" lying East
of the North 31.25 feet of Lot Three (3) and of the
South 37.5 feet of Lot Four (4) , of Block Thirty-Five
(35) of the Amended Plat of GOLF COURSE SUBDIVISION
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6,
page 26 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of October, A.D. 1956.

of Miami Beach, Florida, do hereby certify that Ordinance
No. 1232 , entitled:
"AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE DESIGNATION OF
BOUNDARIES OF THE LIQUOR ZONING MAP"
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of
the City Hall in said City on the 17th day of October, 1956
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.

on this the 21st day of November, A.D. 1956 .
