AN ORDINANCE AIENDING CHAPTER 15 OF "THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, 1950" BY
ADDING THERETO A NEW SECTION TO BE NUMBERED
SECTION 15.11.1.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:

thereof
1: That Chapter 15 of "The Code of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, 1950" be and the same is hereby
by adding thereto immediately following Section 15.11
a new section to be numbered Section 15.11.1 and read -
ing as follows:
"Sec. 15.11.1 It shall be the duty of every vendor li-
censed under the provisions of Section
15.8(g) of this Ch:Apter and whose place of business
constitutes, and is licensed as, a "night club" as
in this chapter defined to exhibit, present and de-
liver to each patron at the time of each sale of each
beverage containing alcohol of more than 14% by weight,
and wine, regardless of alcoholic content, a bill or
tab showing in clearly legible figures, the price
charged for each such beverage. If such bill or tab
is not paid at the time of the exhibition, present-
ment and delivery thereof as aforesaid, each succeed-
ing bill or tab exhibited, presented and delivered,
as required hereby, shall show, in clearly legible
figures, each prior sale of each of such beverages and
the then total amount thereof."
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.

A NEW SECTION TO BE NUMBERED SECTION 15.11.1'",
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of
the City Hall in said City on the 17th day of February, 1960,
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
