AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 678 ENTITLED:
"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF SALARIES TO BE PAID TO
THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, AND FIXING THE RATES THEREOF."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 678
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, reading as
follows:
"N. City Attorney
Together with a monthly
allowance to the City
Attorney for secretarial
assistance in the sum of
AND
together with a monthly
allowance to the City
Attorney for two assistant
City Attorneys in the sum of

SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict

of Miami Beach, Florida, do hereby certify that Ordinance No. 1379
entitled: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 678 ENTITLED:
'AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF SALARIES TO BE PAID TO
THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, AND FIXING THE RATES THEREOF'",
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of
the City Hall in said City on the 4th day of May, 1960
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, on
this the 15th day of June, 1960.
