ORDINANCE NO . 1255
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO . 678
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A
SCHEDULE OF SALARIES TO BE PAID TO THE
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AND FIXING THE
RATES THEREOF" .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No.
-! 678 of the City of Miami Beach, Florida reading
as follows:
"L. Golf Course Manager
(Normandy Isle ) Salary per month 600.00
Golf Course Manager
(Bayshore) Salary per month 600.00
Provided, however, that if, by direction of
the City Manager, and with the consent of
the City Council, the functions and duties
of both offices shall be performed by the
same administrative officer, then in such
event, the salary per month of such officer
shall be 650.00
Assistant Golf Course
Manager Salary per month 600.00"
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"L. Golf Course Manager
(Normandy Isle ) Salary per month 600.00
Golf Course Manager
(Bayshore ) Salary per month 600.00"
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall be effective as of
June Lith, 1957 .

No. 1255 , entitled:
"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 678 OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ENTITLED 'AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE
OF SALARIES TO BE PAID TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AND FIXING THE
RATES THEREOF",
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of
the City Hall in said City on the 18th day of April, 1957,
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
on this the th day of June, A.D. 1957 .
